We confirm that the apartment is legally owned by the person offering it, using data from the official Latvian Land Register.

On-Site Visit

Our team visits the property to confirm its condition, photos, and amenities.

Tenant Feedback

We gather insights from previous or current tenants to confirm real-life conditions, communication, and landlord reliability.

Contract Review

Our legal team checks the rental agreement to make sure terms are fair, compliant with Latvian law, and free of hidden clauses.
